I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. To earn this, I completed an approved Masters program (Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University), passed a national exam, and worked as a therapist for 3,000+ hours under supervision of other clinicians.

I am a Certified Career Counselor (CCC) with access to career assessments, tools, and strategies that we can leverage to help you identify and land the right career.

I use evidence-based strategies for change. I have been trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). All of these therapies have been extensively research and demonstrated to be effective for folks struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression.

I understand the working world. I worked for 5 years in the corporate world as a consultant before making my own career transition. I built out a career mentorship program at my company and facilitated team development workshops for Fortune 500 clients. I’ve also worked for a small family-owned business, a small community non-profit, and a large hospital system.

Some other things about me: I’m an oldest sister, a mom, a millennial, a Taurus, and a member of the Presbyterian(USA) church. I love practicing yoga, puttering around in my garden, drinking tea, and watching reality TV. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
